2. What information do I collect?
I only collect information that I need to provide my products and services, respond to enquiries and operate my website.
Depending on how you interact with Made by Nette, this may include:

- Delivery and billing address
- Telephone number, where provided
- Information relating to your order
- Your chosen payment method and transaction information
- Bespoke or Made to Order specifications, such as colour, design, strap and hardware preferences
- Information you provide through the Contact Us form
- Information you provide when you contact me directly
- Customer account information, if you choose to create an account
- Your marketing preferences
- Website usage information collected through Google Analytics where you have given the appropriate cookie consent
I do not need to see or store your full card details. Online payments are processed securely through Square, with Google Pay also available as a payment option.

To process and fulfil your order
I use your name, contact details, delivery information, order details and any specifications you provide to process and fulfil your purchase.
For Made to Order and Bespoke items, this includes using the information you provide to make your item according to the agreed specifications.
Lawful basis: Contract – processing your information is necessary to fulfil your order or take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To arrange delivery
I provide the information needed to deliver your order to the relevant delivery service, such as Royal Mail or Evri.
Lawful basis: Contract – this information is necessary to deliver your purchase.
To communicate with you
I use your contact details to respond to enquiries, answer questions, discuss products and services, and communicate with you about your order.
This may include enquiries about Bespoke Commissions or items that are not currently listed in the shop.
Lawful basis: Contract where your enquiry relates to an existing or potential purchase, or legitimate interests where I am responding to a general enquiry.
To process payments
Payments are processed securely by Square. Google Pay may also be available through the checkout.
I use the resulting transaction information to confirm and fulfil your order.

To send marketing communications
You may choose to receive news and offers from Made by Nette by actively selecting the marketing option at checkout.
I will only send marketing communications where I have an appropriate lawful basis to do so, including where you have given consent.
You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

To meet legal and accounting requirements
I may need to retain and process certain information to comply with legal, tax, accounting or other regulatory requirements.

To understand how my website is used
I use Google Analytics to help me understand how visitors use the Made by Nette website, such as which pages are viewed and how much traffic the website receives.

My Google Analytics settings currently retain user and event data for 14 months.

At present, Google Analytics is the main non-essential analytics service connected to the website.

5. YouTube and other embedded content
Some pages on the Made by Nette website contain embedded YouTube videos.
When you interact with an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may collect information about your visit and use cookies or other technologies according to its own privacy practices.
YouTube is operated by Google, and its own privacy policy applies to information it processes.
Links to other social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, are provided as links rather than embedded social media feeds. When you follow one of these links, you leave the Made by Nette website and the privacy policy of that platform applies.
6. Who I share your information with
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
I may share information with trusted service providers where this is necessary to operate Made by Nette and provide your order or requested service.

Square – to securely process payments.
Google Pay – where you choose to use Google Pay as your payment method.
Royal Mail or Evri – where necessary to deliver your order.
Google Analytics – to provide website usage statistics where you have given the appropriate consent.
YouTube/Google – where you interact with embedded YouTube content.
Website and e-commerce service providers – where necessary to host, operate, secure and maintain the Made by Nette website and shop.
I only share information that is relevant to the service being provided.

7. How long do I keep your information?
I keep personal information only for as long as I need it for the purpose for which it was collected, unless I am legally required to keep it for longer.
WooCommerce is currently configured to automatically remove certain types of order and account information after set periods.
These settings currently include:
- Inactive customer accounts – 12 months
- Pending orders – 5 days
- Failed orders – 21 days
- Cancelled orders – 21 days
- Refunded orders – 12 months
- Completed orders – 24 months
Some information may need to be retained for longer where there is a legal, tax or accounting requirement to do so.
Google Analytics user and event data is currently retained for 14 months.
When personal information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or otherwise disposed of as appropriate.
8. How I protect your information
I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Payment information is processed through secure payment services rather than being stored by Made by Nette.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights including:

- The right to ask me to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
