How do I place an order?
For our Bespoke and Handmade Bags
1st – Choose your style.
2nd – Choose your base colour, Navy, Black, Slate Grey, Dark Green, Red, Maroon, Chocolate Brown or Tan. If you require an other colour please request it, if I can source it I will.
3rd – Choose your hardware colours, Silver, Bronze/Brass or GunMetal.
4th – Decide on a theme;- Bright, Pastels, Neutral, Flowers, Patterned or Plain etc. Feel free to send us a picture of any ideas you already have or outfits you want to match)
5th – Click here to Complete the Enquiry form or Contact us on [email protected] with your choices.
Once we receive your email we will compile some ideas and email you photos of these so that you can make your final decision. Once you have made your decision we will email you an invoice for payment via paypal. Once payment is made we will start the process of making your Bespoke and Handmade Bag. We can supply photos along the way and we will notify you when your item is ready for Posting.
For Memory Bears
Contact us on [email protected] with your request supplying us with any photos of the items you wish to use (ideally a minimum of 2 medium to Large items), please state the fabric type of the item if you can. We will email you an invoice for payment via paypal which will state the address you need to send your items of clean clothing and also at this point include any ashes ( only a small amount eg 1 teaspoon), it would be great if you can include a photo of the person you are honoring and any memories you have as this helps with the process as it’s nice to picture the person and the love and memories that you share.
Photos will be taken at all stages and can be sent to you via messenger or email. Any fabric and ashes will be returned along with your Memory Bear.
Please note that Clothing that is too worn will impact the quality of the finished product.
Our Memory Bears are keepsake memorial teddy bears not toys & are not intended to be played with.
At all stages of the process your loved ones’ items and memories will be handled with respect, care and be honored.

How long does it take?
You will be notified of timescales when you enquire about an order, but the aim is to post these within 14 days but this will vary due to annual leave and the amount of orders I already have. If you are needing your item by a certain date then please state this at the enquiry stage.
Will you post internationally?
No, I’m sorry, I only post to the United Kingdom.
Delivery
Delivery will be made via Royal Mail Parcels or Evri and where possible it will be Tracked. Delivery is charged at a flat fee of £5.00 for the 1st item and £2.00 per additional item. Orders over £100 the delivery is Free of Charge.
Collection in Person
If you live in Hull, you can collect in person Free of Charge but this is only suitable at a pre-arranged time on evenings or weekends.
Payments
Payments are made in full at time of ordering, payments are via Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment.
Cancellation Window
If you change your mind I will issue a full refund unless I have already started to make up your order or purchase specific fabric for your order, then these amounts will be deducted from the monies paid and refunded via Paypal.
Quality
All our items are Handmade, they are hand crafted with a lot of love, care and attention to detail, this makes them unique. Perfection can not be guaranteed but love, care and consideration can be. All items are quality checked by at least 2 people before we post out any items. If we are not happy with the product at any step of the way we will simply start again.
If you require perfection then you will need to purchase a very expensive item from a well known designer brand. If you are looking for a cheap and cheerful item that will “last a few uses” then you can purchase from any known budget store. If you want an item that’s tailored to you, that is lovingly made that’s of good quality then we are the people for you.
Every item is made with love along with blood sweat and tears. They take time to make and are checked every step of the way. I have quite high standards, if I would use the item then I’m happy to post the item.
Return Window
As items are bespoke and handmade and thoroughly checked before posting. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the items are damaged in transit.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately upon receipt with a photograph of the damaged item/packaging and I will guide you through the process. Any claims after 24hrs will not be honoured.
